  4.               Home Budget Management System is a program designed to 
  5.          aid in financial record keeping.  H.B.M.S contains many 
  6.          useful features, but some of them are not intuitive.   In 
  7.          order to use the program successfully, the documentation is a 
  8.          "MUST READ" affair!  
  9.  
  10.               The best way to understand H.B.M.S is to read the docs 
  11.          and run the program with the included sample data files.  By 
  12.          working with the sample data you will be able to see the very 
  13.          extensive printed reports which the program is capable of, 
  14.          not to mention the screen reports.  The ledger posting and 
  15.          viewing section will also be available for experimentation.

  17.               H.B.M.S. is set up to run on a color monitor, as the use
  18.          of color is exploited throughout the program.
